After your submission please call your vet to approve record release.  

Vaccine records can also be faxed to BCPH at 919 799 2249 OR emailed to briercreekpethotel@gmail.com

 

Once we receive your form submission we will email or text you to confirm your reservation and give you a status update on your vaccine records.  It is your responsibility to confirm that your records are received in time for your pet's stay.  Since some of our clients prefer to bring records in at check in, we do not require the records be received until check in time.

 

We do recommend a trial stay prior to long stays, to ensure that your pet is comfortable in the accommodations that you choose.  However the trial stay is not manditory.

 

**Holiday weekend reservations require a $50.00 deposit.  This is refundable if the reservation is canceled 72 hours in advance of check-in day.  The deposit is forfeited if the reservation isn't canceled with 72 hours notice, or is a "no show".
